Summary of Licence Agreement

Anyone who has purchased a new Cottage Holiday Home shall be given a Licence Agreement by Marlow Leisure Limited which runs for a Licence Period of 75 years from the date of first purchase. (In the case of a used Cottage being sold by the Site Owner he shall give the new Cottage Owner a Licence Agreement for a period being not less than the balance of the period of 75 years.) The licence relates to a Cottage Holiday Pitch, the Cottage itself is wholly owned by the Licensee.

The Terms and Conditions of the Agreement are based on those used by the Caravan industry standard. The changes made only reflect the alteration of “caravan” to “Cottage” and similar nominal changes, together with the deletion of the clause enabling us to move your Cottage

The rules and practice issued by Marlow Leisure Limited from time to time which are applicable to the occupation and use of Cottages and other facilities on the Estate. These rules are designed for the smooth running of the Estate and ALL users of the Estate must observe these rules and also any regulations and by-laws applying to the Estate made by the Local Authority or any other statutory body.
